As soon as the agent approves your self- tour request, use the app to navigate to the property’s location and experience virtual property video tours. M.Residence is in discussion with lending institutions to outfit Bank listings with smart locks so buyers can access resale properties with a security code after verifying their ID.

This small step enables us to accelerate our mission of simplifying the process and changing the process people buy and sell real estate.
