Users can choose this option with a single click, and can select the video-chat app of their choice and get a tour from their personal Virtual Assistant.

  2. For Safety reasons our Agent may invite the Owner or Occupant onto the video call for you
  3. The Owner or an M. Residence Agent will Show us around the Property Virtually

What is a Live Agent Virtual Tour?

A live Agent virtual tour is conducted through live video chat call with your M.Residence Agent via your preferred App. Your agent will physically be in the off-plan property or land you want to see, but you can be at any location that’s most convenient for you. Using your phone or computer, you’ll be able to interact with your Virtual Agent as he guides you through the property, respond to your requests to pan left or zoom in, answer any questions you may have, and provide their detailed and honest feedback on the property.

What is A Home From Home Video Tour?   

View properties from the comfort and safety of your own Home and let the owner of the property do the touring. So Your M.Residence Agent will arrange a duo conference video call, between the buyer and the seller and the owner will show us the property virtually.

Depending on the circumstances your Virtual Agent Assistant will decide which virtual tour is the safest and best available at the time of the scheduling.
